Delivery
Your order is dispatched once your payment has been confirmed.
- Delivery time: 4 to 8 days.
- Delivery charge: free.
- Where we deliver: the United Kingdom.
You receive a confirmation email, then a dispatch email. Your tracking number is sent as soon as it is available.
Delivery options
Priority delivery (GBP 2.99). Your order is processed first, so you can receive it sooner than the usual 4 to 8 days.
Shipping protection (GBP 4.99). If your product is damaged, you are covered. To claim, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, with photos of the product and the parcel. We will then refund you.
Both options are optional and are added to your order from the product page.
