Your right to cancel
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to cancel it, without giving a reason (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).
How to cancel
- Tell us clearly that you want to cancel, by email at karlduverceau1@gmail.com or through the Contact page, quoting your order number.
- We will tell you how to send the product back. You must send it back within 14 days of telling us you are cancelling. We pay the cost of returning the product.
- We refund you within 14 days of receiving the product back, or of receiving proof that you have sent it back.
Faulty or damaged product
Contact us with a photo or video. We will offer you a repair, a replacement or a refund. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
